Lovely to welcome back former Honours student April Timmis as a PhD student in our group. April will be co-supervised by Mike Weston, looking at the evolutionary ecology of flight initiation distances in birds. Lots of field work, as well as maybe some comparative analysis. She’s moving back down from Mildura and will be with us soon!
