Rebecca is now in Canberra, working with Ajay Narendra where she is getting bulldog ants (the scary big ones) to fight each other. It’s all part of her project to identify the links between phylogeny, chemical ecology, nestmate recognition and aggressive interactions between species of these iconic ants.
